Audit & Assurance
The statutory audit of financial statements is mandated in Singapore’s Companies’ Act. The duty of the statutory auditors is to express an independent opinion if the financial statements are drawn up in accordance with the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards so as to give a true and fair view of the results and financial position of company being audited.
Our approach to statutory audit is based on understanding our clients’ operations, industry and business environment, so as to better identify
and assess the risks affecting the clients.
