Lim Yew Si
Lim Yew Si founded Shinewing Singapore in 2007. He is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore with a Certificate of Public Practice.
Yew Si has accumulated more than 25 years of extensive experience in public accounting, corporate finance, business advisory and commercial accounting. In his appointments, he has served diverse industries including aerospace engineering, education, oil and gas, and trading. Yew Si’s experience also extends internationally, including China, Australia, United Kingdom and United States.
Yew Si has been an active leader in numerous audit and commercial accounting projects such as financial and tax due diligence for business acquisitions, Initial Public Offers (IPO) and Reverse Takeovers (RTO), business advisory, corporate restructuring of accounting organizations and training development.
Lim Yew Si graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Bachelor of Accountancy, and holds a Diploma of International Financial Reporting from ACCA. He is a practicing member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), as well as an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) of United Kingdom.
Lim Chin
Lim Chin is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore, as well as an Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax). As Director of APTA Management Services Pte Ltd, he oversees the daily operations of the firm.
Lim Chin started his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young, Singapore and has since accumulated more than 20 years of experience in professional and commercial accounting, finance, and shared service operations in diverse industries, including construction, specialised logistics, musical instruments and armed security.
Prior to joining APTA, Lim Chin managed Shared Services Centre (SSC) teams for 6 years, and has been instrumental in the successful set up and transfer of SSC work functions between countries such as Germany, United States, Philippines, Singapore and Dubai.
Lim Chin graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy from Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University (NTU). He is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), as well as a member of the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals (SIATP).
